Hot and Cloth currently offers shipping all over Pakistan, including major cities, towns, and remote areas.
We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an SMS or email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Our standard delivery times across Pakistan are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–5 business days

  • Remote & Rural Areas: 4–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or high-volume seasons (e.g., Eid, sales).

4. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Flat 199 Shipping Rate across Pakistan.

  • Shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

  • Occasionally, we offer Free Shipping promotions, which will be announced on our website and social media.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for your convenience.
Please ensure you have the exact amount at the time of delivery.

6. Order Tracking

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number or link via SMS/WhatsApp/email.
You can use this to check your order’s real-time delivery status.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your delivery address and contact details before placing an order.
Hot and Cloth is not responsible for delayed or lost deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
